Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to pkr335.pro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and pkr335 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the pkr335 website, including all betting, casino gaming, VIP services, promotional offers, deposits and withdrawals.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your account is created, you are solely responsible for maintaining its security. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else. pkr335 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone — if anyone contacts you claiming to be from pkr335 and asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you personally initiated it. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else or that your credentials have been compromised, contact pkr335 support immediately so your account can be secured.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that player will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Payments

pkr335 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed without currency conversion — there are no hidden fees from pkr335's side when you fund your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed at the time of making a deposit. These limits may vary and are subject to change; the most up-to-date information is always shown within the deposit section of your account.

Deposits are intended for personal recreational use only. pkr335 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, nor deposits sourced from commercial funds, business accounts or third-party payment arrangements. Where a deposit is found to have been made from a payment method not registered in your name, the deposit may be reversed and your account reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into your account, or to a verified account registered in your name. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is applied consistently to all players.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier. Bronze and Silver members receive standard processing (typically within 24–48 hours for bank transfers, faster for JazzCash and Easypaisa). Gold members receive priority queue processing. Platinum and Elite members receive same-day processing for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Any active bonus funds must have completed their wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed from a balance that includes bonus winnings.
• pkr335 may request additional identity or payment verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above certain thresholds or for first-time withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player while still in "pending" status. Once processing has begun, the request cannot be cancelled.

6. Betting Rules

Sports betting on pkr335 covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20 matches, bilateral series, ICC tournaments and domestic competitions — as well as football, esports and other sports. All bets placed on pkr335 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection and stake — before confirming. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out option on a specific market.

General Betting Conditions

• Minimum and maximum stakes apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the platform's settlement rules, or if a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed. Void bets are refunded to your account balance.
• Match abandoned: In cricket, if a match is abandoned or significantly reduced by weather or other factors, settlement follows the specific rules for that market type as stated in the betting section.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance. pkr335 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
• Palpable errors: If odds are published due to a clear and obvious error, pkr335 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

7. Casino Games

The pkr335 casino lobby includes slot games, live casino tables and table games from providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO and others. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats, as applicable.

Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not automatically result in a void — the outcome of the round as recorded by the provider's system is the official result.

General Bonus Rules

9. VIP Programme

The pkr335 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Players advance through tiers by accumulating loyalty points earned on every real-money bet placed across sports betting, slots and live casino games.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where player decisions affect outcomes.

• Opening accounts in someone else's name or using another person's payment details without their knowledge and consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

pkr335 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available at all times and that games function correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may affect availability.

pkr335 is not liable for losses resulting from: platform downtime, delayed bet acceptance due to connectivity issues on the player's side, decisions made by live dealers that are governed by game rules, or outcomes of RNG-certified games. In all cases, the outcome recorded by the game provider's certified system is the official result.

Our total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

pkr335 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus structures, withdrawal rules or account policies — we will provide reasonable notice before the changes take effect, either via email to your registered address or via a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account at any time.
